Your privacy matters to us. Below we describe which personal data is processed when you visit the website, contact us through the form or book a session — and what rights you have.

Data controller

What data we process

When you fill in the contact form we process your name, email address, phone number and whatever you write in the message. If you book a session we also process the session you chose and the details needed to carry it out. For animal communication, information about your animal may be included. For payments, the required payment details are processed.

We never collect more data than is needed. Please avoid writing sensitive personal data, such as health information, in the free-text field.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is used to answer your enquiry, manage your booking, carry out the session and reach you if anything changes. The legal basis is performance of a contract, or our legitimate interest in replying to those who contact us. Accounting for payments is carried out under a legal obligation (the Swedish Accounting Act).

Retention

Enquiries and booking details are kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and any follow-up, at most two years after your most recent contact. Records required by the Accounting Act are kept for seven years.

Who receives the data

The data is shared only with the providers needed to run the website and handle enquiries and bookings: the hosting provider Vercel, the website platform Siteflow, our email and telephony providers, and — where booking goes through an external scheduling service — that service. The data is never sold on.

Booking via an external scheduling service

For some sessions, booking takes place with Calendly (Calendly LLC). The details you enter there — typically name, email address and chosen time — are processed by Calendly on our behalf in order to confirm and administer your booking. Calendly is a US company, which means the data may be processed outside the EU/EEA.

If you prefer to book without using Calendly, you are welcome to contact us at kontakt@peterlovelius.se instead.

Cookies and storage in your browser

This website uses no tracking cookies and does not measure you as a visitor. The page reports to Siteflow, who run the platform, which functions it contains — no personal data and nothing about you.

The only things stored locally in your browser are your language preference, the fact that you dismissed the notice at the bottom, and that you have seen any offer shown. This data never leaves your device and can be removed at any time by clearing your browser's storage.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have incorrect data corrected, to request erasure, to object to the processing and to receive a copy of your data. Get in touch and we will help you.

Complaints

If you believe your data is being processed incorrectly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (imy.se).
